Join us as a Sales Support Superstar and Propel Your Career Forward!

A bit about the role:

As a Sales Support Executive with Novatech, you'll provide first-class customer service and support to our Business to Business (B2B) Account Managers and customers. Working closely with our Account Managers, you'll assist with quotes, orders, returns, and other admin tasks to solve problems, keep projects on track and ensure our B2B customers have an exceptional customer experience.

During your initial training period, you'll expand your knowledge and hands-on experience with our products and services. You'll also build relationships across the organisation, working together to deliver the best possible customer journey.

When it comes to career progression, we've got you! You'll get the chance in this role to manage smaller customer accounts, helping to build your sales experience and knowledge. This will set you up perfectly to advance into a sales role. Many of our sales support team members have progressed within just 6 to 12 months!

What we need from you:

Previous experience working in customer service / sales support is a must. Ensuring our customers always receive the highest level of customer service, you'll need to demonstrate excellent organisation and prioritisation skills. Communication is key in this role, so you'll need to be a pro at interacting face-to-face, as well as over email, phone, chat channels, and video calls.

You will be able to problem solve and find solutions when problems arise, sometimes working under pressure and to tight deadlines. Our customers mean everything to us, so you will need a real passion and enthusiasm for providing an amazing customer experience, every time!

Our Sales Support Team:

Our Sales Support Team is a lively mix of passionate individuals who share a common goal of doing the best for our customers. The team works three days a week in the office, and the rest of the week from home, keeping the team spirit alive with constant contact. There's always a good chat and fun vibes, alongside their passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. They can't wait to welcome a new member to the team!

What working here means for you:

There are heaps of other perks when working for us! For starters, we’re a top 100 company to work for in the South East, as voted by our amazing staff via the Best Companies engagement survey.

After your initial training period (minimum of 1 month), you have the opportunity to take up hybrid working, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Giving you flexibility and a better work life balance.

We jam to music while we work and embrace a non-corporate vibe. We believe that when you can be your authentic self, whilst working with some cool people, that you enjoy your work more and take greater pride in what you do.

We’re all about your wellbeing and regularly organise team events, employee awards, and charity dos. We also care about the environment and have won awards for our efforts, which include being a net positive business (meaning we put more energy back into the grid than we use – which we are super proud of!)

Our Portchester site has excellent transport links, with free staff parking and a secure bike shed if you prefer to pedal in.

Plus, there’s:

25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays (with the option to buy extra days) Health plan scheme Cycle to work scheme Employee wellbeing Programme Staff discounts Social and wellbeing events An awesome breakout room with gaming PC’s, TV, board games, books and a pool table Kitchen and shower facilities

About us: For over 37 years, we've been rocking the IT tech scene, and our passion for it only grows stronger! While gaming and retail are part of our business, our true expertise lies in our work within the business to business arena, partnering with some of the biggest and most respected names across various industries to deliver top-notch tech solutions.

From crafting life-saving training simulators and constructing intricate servers to streamlining the onboarding and offboarding of remote staff with our Direct 2 Desk service, we're always at the forefront of exciting and ground breaking projects. How cool is that?
