We are recruiting for a Sales Support Executive to join a well-established finance-based company in Watford. This role is offering a salary of up to £35k with fantastic benefits and excellent training and development programmes. The successful candidate will be joining a friendly team within a supportive team environment which is fast-paced, lively, and fun. The atmosphere is informal but professional! As a Sales Support Executive, you will be responsible for supporting partners and account managers in delivering the very best service levels and meeting tight deadlines through the accurate and timely creation and validation of all contracts. Your role will be to ensure that all transactions are processed in a timely and accurate manner. The role is an important extension of the front-line sales team and reports to the Partner Support Team Lead. What’s in it for you: Salary:

£30k-£35k depending on experience Hours:

Key Responsibilities: Working in a team and independently to service the needs of partners and vendors. Build and maintain relationships with Vendors/Dealers/Brokers and Customers. Provide support to the sales team by handling all incoming contract documentation (via online applications or post) and telephone calls. Proactive management to complete doc packs from the pipeline. Strong attention to detail to be used for contract validation and system data entry. Manage your own time effectively to support workload and achieve daily targets. Ensure all paperwork is present and correct in line with policies. Liaise with key stakeholders to resolve problems. Complete customer due diligence, fraud & compliance-related checks prior to activation. Be a team player, supporting the wider business as part of development plans. What the client is looking for: At least 1 year+ in a similar position. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills; high energy! Have experience with inbound and outbound call management. Have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Have a proactive approach, with the ability to work autonomously. Have effective time management skills. Computer literacy with experience of learning new IT systems, applications, and confidence using digital systems and processes.
