Are you a super Sales Support Person? Do you thrive in a busy, fast-paced team? Do you pride yourself on your ability to build relationships and customer service skills? Then this team needs you! Now! Working in a large international company at the HQ of one of their UK Group companies, you will be joining a small sales support team that has a mighty impact across the UK business. They pride themselves on their responsive, personal service that truly delivers for the sales team. Your role will be to be a confident point of contact for all UK customers - processing sales orders, preparing quotations and documents, instinctively knowing that your response helps the customer relationship grow and flourish. Your Day to Day will be:

Respond to telephone enquiries and correspondence from customers Responsible for the order processing of sales and the raising of purchase orders relating to projects Raise discrepancy complaint forms when required To be technically competent in all product and related equipment Provide quotations and prices for projects Ordering of non-stock items from Suppliers as required for Customers orders relating to projects Assist with customer complaints Liaise with Suppliers and Technical Support to ensure our offers meet Customer's requirements Use computerized system to raise quotes, confirm purchase orders and to place orders Deal with customer and discrepancy complaints Working with and Supporting Key Account managers and Market Sector managers Pro-active sales calls to enhance orders What will you bring to the role?

A proactive, positive approach Capable of working at pace and with accuracy Able to work independently whilst still taking a team approach Sales support experience of at least 3 years What do you get in return?
