Our client is looking for a Sales Support professional to assist their team of Account Managers. This role involves being a proactive and reliable support resource. The Account Managers spend a significant amount of time on the road, and they require assistance from someone who is in the office. The ideal candidate will be in regular contact with each of the three Account Managers multiple times a day. Key Responsibilities: Completing new customer set up forms and new product line forms / allergen forms Ensuring new customers have correct product descriptions and up to date product images Completing of promotional forms Data entry into new CRM system Organising product samples and monitoring tracking Completing paperwork relating to events Booking of Account Managers Travel / Hotels Replying to Inbound Sales enquires via email / phone call Managing stock levels of office samples Co-ordinating product imagery, banners and brochure adverts between marketing and the customer Supporting Office Manager with sending out of physical paper POS items Preparing items for Account Manager presentations, samples, cups, point of sale etc Putting together Excel reports Sending initial intro emails from email template Preparing meeting rooms/ development kitchen for key customer meetings Attending customer meetings with Account Manager to support with sampling of product / preparation Occasional requirement to attend exhibitions with the team Experience and Skills Requirements: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with both internal teams and customers. Ability to ensure accuracy in documentation, data entry, and product details. Comfortable with using CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and other office software. Familiarity with booking tools and project management software is a plus. Able to identify issues and resolve them efficiently, especially when coordinating logistics or dealing with customer inquiries. A collaborative approach to working with Account Managers, the Office Manager, and the marketing team. A professional and friendly attitude when interacting with customers, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Able to handle shifting priorities and tasks, including occasional travel and attending exhibitions as needed.
