What You'll Do: As Showroom Sales Support Staff, you will be the welcoming face that greets customers and ensures they have an unforgettable experience. Your key responsibilities will include: Welcome and assist customers: Make every customer feel at home by providing a warm and friendly welcome, ensuring their comfort as they explore the showroom. Deliver exceptional customer service: Offer professional, courteous, and personalised assistance to meet the needs of each customer. Build strong relationships: Engage with customers, understand their home improvement needs, and guide them through the extensive range of products. Stay organised: Handle administrative tasks and help keep the showroom running smoothly and efficiently.

Who We're Looking For: My client is seeking someone who is passionate about customer service and has excellent organisational skills. Here's what they're looking for: Experience: Previous experience in reception or customer service roles is ideal. Skills: Strong administrative and organisational abilities. Personality: A friendly and approachable demeanour combined with a professional attitude.

Your Working Hours: This part-time role offers flexibility, but please note that weekends and Bank Holidays are essential working days. The showroom is open:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Apply now
