What You'll Be Doing:
As a key member of the Sales Support Department, your primary purpose will be to assist the Sales Director, Senior Sales Consultants, and the Purchasing team. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring our clients receive the best possible service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Organising and managing inboxes to ensure timely responses to inbound emails. Sending regular updates based on handovers from absent colleagues. Acting as the main point of contact for inquiries via email and phone. Processing orders and managing back orders. Producing formal quotes to support the sales efforts. Answering inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and cheerfulness. Managing internal stock adjustments to ensure accuracy and availability. Handling webshop inquiries, including registrations and orders. Gathering market intelligence as requested. Contacting suppliers for pricing and negotiating the best deals when orders are placed.
What our client is looking for:
While our client believes that great talent can come from various backgrounds, they prefer candidates with some administrative experience or the ability to demonstrate strong organisational skills.
What you'll receive:
