We are always on the lookout for highly motivated and experienced sales professionals. While we are not actively hiring, this 'vacancy' is open for you to connect with our Chief Commercial Officer and Talent Team.

Our Sales people are focused on acquiring new clients (hunter) and nurturing existing relationships (farmer). As part of the Sales Team here at Shieldpay, you'll be instrumental in driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and building strong, long-lasting partnerships. What you’ll be doing

Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and prioritize potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email, and social media. Sales Process: Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including needs assessment, solution presentation, and proposal development. Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely revenue recognition. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities. Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by introducing new products and services. Client Retention: Proactively address client concerns and implement strategies to reduce churn. Customer Insights: Gather feedback and insights from clients to inform product development and improve customer experience. What we're looking for in you Proven track record in fintech or financial services sales, preferably with a focus on B2B sales. Deep understanding of the fintech industry, including emerging technologies and market trends. Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools. A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales. Our Promise:
