As Sales Team Administrator, you'll be the go-to guru for ensuring seamless customer interactions, preparing dazzling product quotes, and hunting down exciting new opportunities in academia and industry. Reporting directly to the Sales Team Leader, you'll sharpen your skills, supercharge your career, and help make chemistry history!

Your responsibilities:

Craft spot-on, timely product quotes that keep customers smiling Build meaningful relationships through engaging email campaigns and creative sales activities Dive into the CRM system to uncover opportunities and connect customers with the perfect solutions Be a hero for customers, answering queries and connecting them to the right team members Spark connections with existing customers for reviews, case studies, and referrals Team up with colleagues to maximize sales and deliver exceptional service Keep the CRM squeaky clean with accurate customer records Smash KPIs and celebrate your wins along the way! Help with tenders and other exciting admin tasks that drive sales to new heights

The person they need: You're self-motivated, proactive, and love learning new things You bring energy, creativity, and laser focus to everything you do Your communication skills are top-notch written or spoken You're organised, detail-oriented, and know your way around Microsoft Office like a pro Problem-solving is your thing, and you always keep customers at the heart of your solutions

Bonus Points: A qualification in Customer Service or Sales Experience rocking a CRM system A background in technical product sales or customer service
