Sales Team Manager - Nights Wythenshawe Up to 45,000 DOE + bonus + benefits We are excited to support our client in South Manchester in the recruitment of a Sales Team Manager. This is a night role as the business works with global customers. We're looking for a motivational leader with experience managing a contact centre sales team. This role is based on-site in South Manchester, working 3 nights on and 3 nights off. Duties of the Sales Team Manager : Evaluate performance throughout the shift and current period to identify improvements and develop/deliver plans to achieve all objectives and KPIs. Support personal development planning. Inspire teams with creative engagement and effective use of leadership tools to influence performance and create a high-energy and motivated work environment. Conduct individual coaching sessions for the team. Identify and address barriers to success with individuals and the collective team. Manage competencies effectively for both self and the team. Deliver a fantastic customer experience through all interactions from self and the team. Experience for the Sales Team Manager : Previous experience in leading a contact centre sales team. Experience delivering against sales metrics. Ability to influence and inspire your team. Experience of different sales and coaching methodologies.
