Sales Technology Enablement

based out of our London Office. This role is vital for enhancing the adoption and efficiency of our sales technology stack across the global commercial organization, ensuring that targets are consistently met and exceeded. The Senior Associate will be responsible for onboarding sales teams onto various technology platforms and will serve as the primary advocate for the sales tech stack. By collaborating closely with the broader Commercial organization and CRM operations, the Senior Associate will enable the sales force to effectively utilize technological resources, driving commercial success through a strong passion for technology. Act as the subject matter expert for Sales Enablement Technology. Drive the adoption of enablement technology and tools to maximize efficiency, enabling client-facing teams to focus more time on generating value for our clients and the business. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for sales enablement technology, providing ongoing support and guidance on optimizing platform usage. Collaborate with sales and market development teams to understand workflows, identify challenges, and align Sales Enablement initiatives and business goals. Gather and prioritize technology requirements, advocating for enhancements, and serving as the main point of contact for Sales technology related issues. Gain holistic understanding of the sales enablement tech ecosystem, working with CRM ops and stakeholders as an SME. Be the point of contact for sales for any Sales Enablement technology issues or enhancement requests. Communicate the effectiveness of Sales Enablement initiatives and their impact on sales performance to key stakeholders. What You Need to Have:

A proven understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools. A good understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies, ideally with direct experience working within or alongside sales teams. Experience in developing and delivering comprehensive technology training programs to support sales teams. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage relationships with various stakeholders, including senior leadership. Experience in driving technology adoption and change management within organizations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. What Would Make You Stand Out:
