As a Sales and Trading Executive, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring our customers receive top-tier service and the right solutions for their MRO needs. This role offers the opportunity to combine your aviation expertise with a customer-focused approach to manage orders, source products, and drive sales. You'll be responsible for processing customer requests, creating accurate quotes, and ensuring timely deliveries—all while building strong, lasting relationships with clients. You will work closely with both internal teams and external suppliers to streamline processes, manage inventory levels, and ensure seamless order fulfillment. Your ability to proactively follow up on sales opportunities and resolve customer inquiries will make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and the overall success of the business. In this dynamic position, you’ll be a key contributor to ensuring our customers’ operations run smoothly, helping maintain their fleets and supporting their success in the competitive aviation industry. What you’ll be doing

Order Management:

Accurately process sales orders and customer requests to ensure timely and correct deliveries. Product Sourcing & Quotations:

Identify and source products, providing competitive and accurate quotes that align with customer requirements. Customer Service Excellence:

Deliver consistent, high-quality service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Sales Follow-Up:

Proactively follow up on leads and opportunities, converting them into successful sales. Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to maintain smooth operations and ensure timely fulfillment of orders. Inventory Coordination:

Partner with inventory teams to monitor stock levels, ensuring product availability and optimising stock management. Account Support:

Assist the accounts department with credit management, payment queries, and ensuring smooth financial processes. Minimum Requirements

Previous experience in MRO sales, preferably within aviation. Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when handling orders and quotes. Clear and professional communication skills, both internally and externally. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Negotiation skills to help maximise profits. Ability to manage and nurture relationships with current and new customers.
