Sales Trainer Do you have a passion for training? Do you love great design and clever technology? Join our Haier, Hoover, and Candy training team! Full Time, Permanent Salary : up to £25,000 per annum + up to 10% bonus + hybrid company car Working : 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (some flexibility to work occasional weekends) Territory : Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, and surrounding areas Working for Powerforce on our Haier team and working closely with the Haier internal training manager, you will represent the brands in consumer retail and at events. Our Retail Regional Sales Trainer is responsible for delivering interactive learner-led training to retail staff face to face and via remote virtual training sessions. Other responsibilities include maintaining store standards, conducting merchandising, and ensuring products are compliant. You will be responsible for: Providing interactive learner-led training both face-to-face and via virtual training sessions for stores Being an ‘Expert’ - expert knowledge of Haier, Hoover, and Candy brands and products as well as the category & market to enable training to be benefit-led and teach retail staff to match products to customer needs Motivating & engaging retail colleagues with the Haier brand and products with the objective of securing positive recommendation of our range and increased sales Coverage of retail outlets and regional contacts Maximising awareness and in-store availability and visibility Ensuring compliance with the correct signage and in the correct position/fixtures Supporting on events both to the trade and to customers You will have: A

full UK driving licence
