The Opportunity LEVC Mtech is leading a project to introduce a range of new energy passenger vehicles tailored for the UK market. About the role We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales Training Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering engaging training programs that equip our dealership network with the skills and knowledge to achieve peak performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging training programs aligned with sales objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement comprehensive training plans. Ensure training content aligns with sales objectives and company strategy. Utilise a variety of training methods (e.g., classroom, online, workshops). Create and maintain high-quality training materials (presentations, manuals, etc.). Evaluate training effectiveness and track participant progress. Monitor industry trends and adapt training programs accordingly. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and internal teams. Ensure training programs comply with all relevant regulations and best practices. Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales performance through effective training. Experience to Succeed Minimum 5 years of experience in a training or instructional design role. Proven experience delivering engaging and effective training programs. Experience within the automotive industry (desirable). Strong understanding of adult learning principles. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) preferred. Proven ability to create engaging and effective training materials. Experience in developing and delivering training programs to dealerships (desirable). Knowledge of automotive sales processes and industry best practices. Experience working with stakeholders at various levels. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software. Experience with data analysis and reporting (desirable).
