Sales Valuer – Liverpool

Up to £35,000 plus commission
One of the North West's largest group of independent estate agents, who complete over two thousand successful home moves across Merseyside, Wirral, Cheshire, North Wales, and West Lancashire every year, are looking for a Sales Manager/Valuer to be kept busy, meaning great earning potential. You’ll be based on-site in Allerton and covering the Liverpool area, so if you like being out and about with no 2 days looking the same, this is the role for you!
What’s in it for you
Annual salary £30,000 to £35,000 DOE
Uncapped commission structure (the current person has always achieved circa £45,000)
Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 5.30pm
Occasional Saturday cover
Pension scheme
28 days annual leave
What you’ll be doing
Conducting valuations, and negotiating terms of sale
Preparing and update marketing materials
Managing financial agreements
Liaising with clients regarding auction sales whilst driving the business forward with self-generated listings
What you will have
Proven experience in property valuations
Management experience would be advantageous but not essential
Excellent knowledge of the property market and regulations
Full UK driving licence
