Salesforce Centre of Excellence

(CoE) team, in this specific role you’ll be aligned specifically to our

Credit Department

during an exciting period of transformation. In addition to providing detailed Salesforce administration and support, you will take ownership of projects that will help us to continually improve what we do in the Salesforce ecosystem. Because of this, you’ll be someone who can communicate well with stakeholders, understand business processes, explore data within Salesforce, understand objectives, and drive tool adoption and process improvements. role in our global HQ in

Crewe, Cheshire. Your responsibilities will include… All aspects of Salesforce system administration Consult on best practice solution design Run projects assigned to you Work in multi-discipline teams Develop relationships with all internal stakeholders What do we expect of you? 3+ years’ proven experience administering Salesforce Sales and Service cloud Knowledge of other Salesforce clouds desirable Project management skills Solution design skills Ability to work in diverse, multi-discipline teams Strong data solving and data interrogation skills Dedicated attitude towards work What can you expect of us?
