here . Join our dynamic Customer Success department as a Salesforce Admin and directly enhance our ability to provide exceptional service to a global customer base. Your work will shape how we use Salesforce Service Cloud to streamline processes and elevate the customer experience. Collaborating with teams like Operations, Quality Assurance, and Knowledge, you will lead impactful projects that empower our department to scale efficiently and deliver best-in-class support through cutting-edge technology. Your mission:

Develop and deploy customized solutions in Salesforce Service Cloud using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce. Collaborate with Customer Success teams and other departments to gather requirements and deliver integrations. Enhance the platform by implementing automation, workflows, and scalable solutions. Optimize and troubleshoot existing customizations and processes. Coordinate and document technical requirements and associated processes for Service Cloud projects, ensuring clarity and consistency across teams. Work with JIRA to manage development tasks and support ticketing. Ensure compliance with company Data Protection and DLP policies. What we’re looking for:

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud development (Apex, LWC). Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage tasks and solve problems autonomously in a flexible, distributed team environment. Familiarity with JIRA and experience in collaborative development workflows. Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and automation tools. Strong foundation in programming concepts and logic. Experience with Apex and JavaScript is a plus, but a willingness to learn and apply these within Salesforce is key. Salesforce certifications (Developer or Administrator) are highly desirable. Experience in Web3 or blockchain ecosystems is a plus but not required. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
