– we care about our technology, our products, our partners and each other Purpose of Role: Responsible for the ongoing development of our Salesforce Orgs. The position manages the Salesforce Sales, Experience & Service Clouds and provides training and support to users. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform, developing the Salesforce Environments, integrating Salesforce Clouds to other Xaar Applications and coordinating related projects as assigned. Reporting Relationships: IT Infrastructure and Services Manager Key Accountabilities: Maintain all Salesforce Orgs within Xaar Group. Respond to all Salesforce related incidents. Ensure that all upcoming updates and improvements, relevant to Xaar Group Salesforce tenants, developed by Salesforce are understood and planned. Provide training sessions and materials to Xaar Group employees on Salesforce processes. Person Specification: Motivated, enthusiastic self-starter. Excellent organisation skills, able to manage a changing workload. Logical, structured approach to analysis and problem solving. Full UK Driving License. Experience of: Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption. Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality. A history of successfully driving projects to completion. A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
