Evotix , we empower businesses with cutting-edge B2B SaaS solutions, and we're looking for a talented

Salesforce Administrator

to ensure our Salesforce environment and integrated tech stack seamlessly support our customer, revenue, and finance teams.

What You'll Do

Work with customer, revenue and finance leadership and directly with members of those teams. You'll utilise your technical expertise to optimize Salesforce and the wider integrated tech stack, delivering solutions which improve efficiency in delivering successful outcomes for customers, as well as identifying, managing and closing sales opportunities for bringing on board new ones.

Technical ownership/development of Salesforce platform

Handle all Salesforce.com administrative functions including user account maintenance, profiles, roles, permission sets, reports and dashboards and other routine tasks. Harness a good understanding of declarative Salesforce functionality to continually assess Evotix’s Salesforce configurations across the customer and revenue organisations, proposing opportunities for improvement/refinement to the Revenue Platform Manager. Personally leverage the most complex declarative Salesforce functionality to implement and manage such functionality, chiefly Flow but also including Lightning Record Pages, Dynamic Layouts, Actions, Validation Rules and sandbox management. Technically own, manage and iterate integrations / optimize data flows with third-party applications for all Evotix departments including Precursive (PSA), Gong, HubSpot and Gainsight. Work with the Revenue Platform Manager to manage / optimize the Quote-to-Cash process, utilizing Salesforce CPQ and managing integrations with Qwilr and Docusign. Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, Field Trip and Optimizer.

Support our ‘internal customers’

Efficiently manage all requests for support from Evotix’s 400-strong user base (across customer, revenue and finance organisations within both Sales and Service Cloud), responding to and resolving issues to agreed SLAs. Prepared to work flexible hours from time-to-time in order to liaise with our global, cross-departmental teams. Handle all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, assignment of roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, sharing rules to ensure, as the organization matures, the principle of least privilege. In partnership with the Revenue Platform Manager and enablement teams, assist with developing a suite of ‘how to’ user guides, incorporating written and screencast elements to ensure all procedures are clearly laid out for new and existing users. Own the regular maintenance and updates of documentation.

What You'll Bring

Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 18 months experience as a full-time Salesforce Administrator. Certified Salesforce Administrator qualification highly desirable but equivalent Trailhead Badges/Super Badges will be considered. Good proficiency with Salesforce Flow for implementing and managing automations which simplify and optimize the user experience. Experience managing integrations between Salesforce and other third party solutions. Experience with Salesforce CPQ desirable. Experience undertaking large ETL projects with Salesforce. Excellent attention to detail to ensure intricate tasks are completed thoroughly with a high degree of accuracy. A motivated, organized self-starter with the ability to drive competing projects to tight deadlines with minimal guidance. Strong communication, interpersonal and writing skills. Proven track record in performing well in a fast-paced environment.
