The Salesforce Analyst will work alongside our team of technology professionals to provide configuration and analysis support for Salesforce (Sales Cloud & Service Cloud) implementations. They will be responsible for supporting the implementation of technology solutions alongside the rest of the team, performing testing and quality assurance tasks, providing general technical support to our clients, and contributing to business analysis activities. Your main duties and responsibilities:
Support the implementation of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, data migration, testing, and documentation. Work collaboratively with project managers, business analysts, and developers to ensure that technology solutions meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget. Assist with business analysis tasks, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and user acceptance testing. Help develop user stories and acceptance criteria for projects. Assist with end-user training and support to ensure that clients can effectively utilise their Salesforce solutions. Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure that solutions are functioning as intended and meet client expectations. Help maintain and update functional and technical documentation related to Salesforce solutions. The ideal background and skills we are looking for include:
Degree qualification or Familiarity with Salesforce desired but not necessary. Core business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process mapping. Strong problem-solving skills, time management skills and attention to detail. Quick learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Comfortable in delivering presentations and demonstrations to stakeholders. Prior experience in a business analyst, or configuration role is a plus. Interested in sports/ passionate about the industry recommended. Driven and a self-starter.
