Compass Corporate Services are proud to be partnering with a leading, nationwide provider of mental health and adult social care services. Our client strives to provide the best quality care for all its services, which include secure facilities, and treatment for addiction and mental health difficulties. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce specialist to ensure that the organisation can fully utilise Salesforce, which will facilitate informed decision-making and improve overall business performance. The Role

We are searching for an accomplished systems specialist to join the organisation as Salesforce Analyst. A detail-oriented professional, with a background in the independent health and social sector, is required for the role. As Salesforce Analyst, you will be fully immersed in the sector, with a solid understanding of up-to-date data privacy regulations and best practices for data management. Reporting to the Director of Strategy, you will be responsible for creating extensive Salesforce reporting dashboards that make it easier to analyse business performance. These dashboards will be essential resources for noticing new trends, addressing problems, identifying possibilities for business improvement, and flagging possible hazards. The job will also entail creating ad hoc reports that are customised to the organisation’s changing demands. Further to this, the Salesforce Analyst will be key to several business development and marketing initiatives. These initiatives will include creating Salesforce email response templates, helping the marketing team analyse campaign performance using integrated call tracking software, and taking part in initiatives to improve Marketing Cloud. To assist business development goals, the role also includes small development work in Salesforce and improving the quality of critical stakeholder data within the CRM. It is envisaged that this is a full-time permanent role. Location

This is a remote position, with travel to the London Head Office and services across the UK, when required. Candidates from across the UK will be considered for the role. Minimum Requirements

Proven track record in owning the workings/management of Salesforce. A thorough comprehension of Salesforce and its diverse modules, such as Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud. Adept in creating dashboards, reports, and small development jobs utilising Salesforce and related components. Understanding of data privacy regulations and the most effective methods for data management. Capacity to offer Salesforce users training and assistance. Ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights, as well as strong analytical skills. Background in independent health and social care (mental health or adult social care would be beneficial). Salesforce certification/qualification would be beneficial, but not essential. The Candidate

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to solve problems efficiently. Proficiency in communication to work with a variety of stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Capacity to oversee various assignments and priorities in a changing setting. Excellent planning and time-management abilities. Thorough understanding of CRM best practices and principles. A grasp of business intelligence and data analysis norms. Experience analysing marketing campaigns and integrating call monitoring software with Salesforce. Promotes the living of company-wide values and behaviours. Comfortable with remote working style and travel across the UK when required. Interview Process

Prior to submission, you will undergo an extensive screening call with consultant Isobel, to discuss the role and your relevant work. This is a 2-stage interview process. If you would like to be considered for this exciting opportunity, please contact
