We are looking for a Salesforce B2C Commerce Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions for B2C Commerce engagements leveraging Commerce platform and extended ecosystem. Your expertise in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud, combined with your strong technical acumen, will be instrumental in delivering scalable and efficient solutions to meet our clients' business needs. Need to have exclusive experience on front end and back end development with respect to Commerce Cloud skills. In this role, you can expect to: Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to understand and analyze business processes, design comprehensive solutions using Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud, while ensuring scalability, security, and simplicity. Develop and present technical architecture documents and solution proposals. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Review and assess low level design, configuration, security, code quality, ensuring best practices and industry standards are followed. Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Commerce Cloud and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, PIM, Payment) to facilitate seamless data flow and process automation. Customize and extend the functionality of Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimize page load times, and improve overall system efficiency. Ensure the security and compliance of the Commerce implementation by implementing proper data access controls, encryption, and adhering to industry best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest B2C Commerce features, releases, and industry trends. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance overall project delivery and client satisfaction. Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, integration specifications, and deployment plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Developers, Quality Assurance, and Project Managers, to ensure successful project delivery. Work on practice level initative and own practice releated work. Work closely with Commerce COE to assist on new initiatives and RFPs and ensure ROI is met. To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following experience: Proven experience as a Technical Architect in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud implementation projects, with a deep understanding of commerce platform concepts, capabilities, best practices, and limitations. Creation and maintenance of infrastructure supporting complex application environment(s). Experience in working with SFRA, platform specific API’s: Salesforce Commerce Cloud Script API and Salesforce Commerce Cloud OCAPI. Experience in integrating 3rd party systems using SOAP/ REST Web Services. Strong JavaScript knowledge with focus on the back-end stack and understanding of usage in the front-end architecture. Experience on PWA Kit and/or Headless Implementations. Experience with MVC and architecture. You are someone who is: An excellent communication, with the ability to interact at all level. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Certified B2C Commerce Developer. Certified B2C Commerce Architect. Any additional certifications will be an added advantage.
