Salesforce Business Analyst We are working with a boutique Salesforce partner who has a fantastic name in the market and is now looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join them. Someone who is eager to get stuck in, has a can-do attitude, and is looking for a company where company culture is key. You will be working on large-scale Salesforce transformation projects and will have an experienced onshore team behind you with years of experience in the Salesforce and Consulting ecosystem. What they are looking for: Previous experience working in a Salesforce Partner/Consulting environment Experience on true transformation projects as a Salesforce Business Analyst Ability to deep dive into large business processes Strong process mapping skills, ideally on a large scale Experience working on multi-cloud implementations whilst collaborating across teams Ability and experience leading workshops and requirement gathering sessions with senior stakeholders in person, driving conversations and controlling the room Proven track record of understanding complex problems and breaking them down methodically, documenting them accurately Ability to translate functional and technical requirements into quality user stories for the delivery teams This is a hybrid position that will require a minimum of 2 days a week in the London office or client visits in London.
