In light of this, they're seeking a Customer Solutions Consultant to play a central role in building long-term partnerships, generating opportunities and delivering tailored solutions that align with clients' business objectives. Responsibilities: Develop long-term relationships with Salesforce and Clients. Support the go-to-market strategy. Shape solutions to fit business needs. Estimate projects alongside the sales team. Support in business discovery sessions. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of Salesforce consulting experience (in a functional consultant or business analysis role). Full right to work in the UK. Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Proven business analysis skill set (requirement gathering, business improvement). Hands-on experience with Salesforce - Bonus! Strong technical understanding of Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, etc). A "business first, technology second" mindset. Understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle and best practice approach.
