Salesforce CRM Architect, c£90-£100k + bonus + benefits Excellent opportunity for an experienced and accredited Salesforce CRM Architect / Developer to join this global Investment Management firm in their continued growth at their offices on the Berks / Bucks / Oxfordshire borders. Having recently implemented a Global Salesforce CRM, my client is keen to expand on its capabilities and those of associated retail systems. The primary role of the Salesforce Architect will be to design and deliver new innovative solutions for their Salesforce CRM implementations. The architect is responsible for leading technical and functional design discussions with their business partners and technology teams. The architect will partner with the project teams to review code and designs to ensure they adhere to best practices and provide robust and scalable solutions. You’ll be able to demonstrate at least 5 years of implementation experience, including development, across the full software development lifecycle and at least 3 years of experience working as a technical architect on the Force.com platform for a mid to large sized global organization driving organizational transformation. You are Salesforce certified. Your knowledge and experience with key areas of enterprise architecture, including integration technologies, single sign on, and master data management will be very strong. You will have a thorough understanding of data migration considerations, design trade-offs and common ETL tools as well as experience integrating external applications using REST / SOAP API’s. You can demonstrate previous experience in guiding a development team in the use of platform technology in addition to strong understanding of object-oriented concepts, design patterns and previous work with OO languages including Java. The client is an Agile methodology and SCRUM environment and we also need an accomplished communicator and presenter who is able to evangelize best practice across the organisation to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
