The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time. Your Role

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud Architect, you will: Design, develop, architect and deploy Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud solutions tailored to client requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders and Capgemini colleagues to gather and analyse requirements, implement solutions and troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of deliverables, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies. Your skills and experience

Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, with a focus on Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud. Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Audience Builder. Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (formerly known as Salesforce CDP) and its integration with other Salesforce products. Strong knowledge of data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Salesforce certifications such as Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer, Salesforce Admin and Data Cloud Consultant are highly desirable. Your Security Clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks. There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
