You will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving the development and enhancement of Salesforce-based solutions.

This role is key to ensuring that our clients Salesforce platform is optimised for performance, scalability and integration with other business applications.

Excellent package offered as: c£80 K Salary Attractive Bonus Private Healthcare Generous pension Other great benefits Salesforce Platform Manager Experience / Qualifications: Experience as a Salesforce Product Owner or Scrum Master working with Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).

Experience managing Salesforce development teams Strong experience with Agile methodology, including backlog management, sprint planning, and user story development.

Experience implementing Salesforce in large Enterprise organisations Experience with Salesforce configuration, reporting, automation, and integration with other enterprise systems.

Experience in creating and presenting business cases for new product initiatives, including financial analysis and ROI estimation.

Salesforce Platform Manager - Skills & Knowledge: Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce APIs.

Knowledge of CRM best practices and how Salesforce can be tailored to meet business needs.

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and system requirements.

Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.

Knowledge of deployment/backup tools (Gearset / Own Backup) Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) You will be responsible for managing the Salesforce product backlog, defining business requirements, ensuring seamless product delivery, and maximizing the value of our Salesforce platform to meet organisational goals.

This role is key to ensuring that our clients Salesforce platform is optimised for performance, scalability and integration with other business applications.

Furthermore, you will lead the creation of the product business case to secure continued value & ROI; in addition to ensuring resource availability and objective alignment for new Salesforce initiatives.

This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, business processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
