Job Purpose

As we continue to expand our market share in the rapidly emerging Employee Experience platform category, we are looking for a Salesforce Platform Manager to join our Business Applications Team. Acting as the primary point of contact for Salesforce within Unily, you will be focusing on delivering exceptional user experiences by gathering requirements, building scalable solutions, and developing a platform roadmap with clearly defined priorities.

Main Responsibilities

Day to day management of the Salesforce platform, serving as its primary point of contact.

Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.

Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders.

Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.

Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.

User support tickets (High complexity).

Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports.

User training and creating training materials.

Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to support business requirements.

Testing and debugging.

Identify unused or underutilised platform features.

Working with integrated applications such as Hubspot, Gong, Zoominfo, Netsuite and Salesloft (15+ connected applications).

Supporting the Junior Salesforce Administrator on complex requirements and issues.

Requirements

Salesforce product knowledge required with 5 years hands-on administration and development experience with Sales Cloud (CPQ experience can be less but should be greater than 2 years).

Certifications in Salesforce administration and development required, with CPQ and Tableau as a nice to have.

Experience implementing and developing in Apex and Visualforce.

Strong understanding of the SaaS industry with knowledge of ‘Go to Market’ practices.

Ability to interpret technical specifications for non-technical stakeholders.

Strong communication skills (Both written and verbal) with experience drafting detailed documentation.

Active in the Salesforce community.
