**Position: Salesforce Solution Architect** Essential Qualifications:

Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Omnistudio, and knowledge of the London insurance market. Location:

London, UK, or Norwich, UK. The candidate is expected to work onsite five days a week at one client location. Experience Requirement:

12+ years of experience with Omnistudio, FSC, Salesforce Industries Insurance, and overall Salesforce knowledge. As a Solution Architect, you will be tasked with supporting some of our largest and most important Solution Delivery projects. You will contribute your expertise to ensure the success of high-quality Salesforce implementations while fostering valuable relationships both internally and externally, establishing yourself as a recognized Business Transformation Expert. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing transformative solutions and engaging directly with clients to address their business requirements. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and guidance throughout the entire transformation process. As a vital member of our team, you will assist in developing a roadmap by conducting Business Process Reviews. You will also be involved in planning, architecting, and designing activities, providing direction for the implementation of Salesforce. Key Responsibilities: Spearhead business process redesign, roadmap development, and identification of touch points in multi-cloud deployments. Cultivate strong client relationships by establishing trust, rapport, and positive interactions with key sponsors, stakeholders, and team members. Stay updated on cutting-edge industry trends and technological advancements, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem. Facilitate discussions with various levels of the client's business stakeholders. Identify opportunities to create service offerings that support swift value delivery for Salesforce implementations. Where necessary, engage in deep-dive pre-sales activities to position effective delivery of client solutions. Collaborate with Salesforce product teams to assist with client implementations. Maintain a targeted billable utilization rate consistent with the role. Validate solution components, lead customer walkthroughs, and provide insight to the project manager regarding critical issues and risks. Collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders to produce prototypes, proof of concepts, and sample mockups to elicit and define business requirements. Develop and take ownership of user stories and business requirements documents resulting from the requirements gathering process. Qualifications: 8+ years of CRM experience, with at least 5 years focused on the Salesforce platform. Expert-level knowledge of the Salesforce product suite, including proficiency in at least two of the following areas: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud.
