What You’ll Be Doing: Lead impactful Salesforce projects:

Oversee Salesforce implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring that technical designs align with clients' business needs and deliver excellent user experiences. Architect and design scalable solutions:

Tackle complex business challenges with well-structured, scalable solutions that prioritise performance, security, and best practices. Mentor & grow the team:

Support the development of junior team members, promoting high-quality coding standards and fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement. Ensure platform excellence:

Govern platform standards, conduct code reviews, and identify areas for continuous improvement in development processes to keep the team on the cutting edge. Integrate seamlessly:

Work on integrating Salesforce with various third-party applications, ensuring smooth data flows and efficient communication between platforms. Collaborate across teams:

Partner closely with business stakeholders to translate their requirements into robust, strategic technical roadmaps. What You Bring: Salesforce expertise:

Extensive hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components. Proven leadership:

A track record in leading development teams and mentoring junior developers to achieve high standards and effective solutions. In-depth knowledge:

A solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, coding standards, and integration patterns using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools. DevOps & CI/CD savvy:

Familiarity with DevOps practices, version control, and CI/CD processes to streamline and optimise the development workflow. Certifications a plus:

Salesforce certifications like Platform Developer I/II or Technical Architect are highly valued. What’s In It For You? Salary:

£70,000- £100,000 plus a £5,400-£6,600 car allowance (which can be paid as cash). Benefits:

25 days of annual leave (with the option to buy more), private medical insurance, life assurance, pension (up to 5%), and a flexible benefits fund. Location:
