to join them on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for empowering others with Salesforce knowledge and delivering engaging, tailored training to diverse audiences. Role Overview: As a

Salesforce Trainer , you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions for their employees, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to utilize Salesforce effectively. This contract role requires someone who is comfortable working independently while collaborating with their internal teams to ensure training materials align with company goals and Salesforce best practices. Key Responsibilities: Deliver interactive and engaging Salesforce training sessions to employees at various levels (beginners to advanced). Tailor training content and materials to suit the needs of different departments and roles. Provide both in-person and remote training as required, using a variety of training methods (e.g., classroom, webinars, hands-on activities). Design and update training manuals, guides, and documentation. Conduct post-training assessments and offer ongoing support to ensure the successful application of learned skills. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps and improve the training program. Stay current on Salesforce updates and new features to ensure training is up-to-date. Skills & Experience Required: Proven experience in delivering Salesforce training across different levels of users. Salesforce certifications such as

Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) ,

Salesforce Advanced Administrator , or

Salesforce Consultant

are highly desirable. Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and technical proficiencies. Experience with training design and creation of supporting materials. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Experience with both remote and on-site training delivery. Desirable: Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and Apex.
