As a Salesforce Utilities Delivery Lead, you will:

Work as part of an integrated Accenture and client team, defining, designing, delivering and deploying leading Salesforce-based solutions to our Utilities clients Develop your leadership and consulting skills whilst delivering Salesforce at scale, to deliver measurable client value in some of the most dynamic and challenging environments Support pre-sales activities including shaping and presenting solutions, and defining delivery approach, plan, staffing and estimates Develop further skills in Salesforce, project management, client engagement, and solutions through hands-on experience and training Manage project stakeholders, resources, financials, risks and issues

We are looking for experience in the following skills: Direct client-facing Salesforce Utilities consulting experience Proven hands-on experience managing scaled delivery of integrated Salesforce through multiple project lifecycles Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships Demonstrates leadership and management abilities, with a customer-oriented approach Ability to engage with clients at all levels in a business-centric, business outcome-oriented dialogue Proven experience in managing and fostering a team-oriented environment, with a passion for mentoring and developing Salesforce practitioners Desire to mentor, teach, and help develop the next generation of Salesforce delivery leads Ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environments, thriving in dynamic, collaborative teams

Set yourself apart : Field Service & Workforce Management specific knowledge and experience Pre-sales solution planning experience (including solution shaping, delivery estimation and planning) Salesforce ecosystem knowledge, experience and network Evidence of bringing emerging solutions and innovations to deliver value for clients Salesforce Certified
