As the Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Montigo Resorts, Somerset at Charlton House, you will play a key role in supporting the hotel’s marketing efforts. This position involves assisting with digital marketing, content creation, event promotions, and market analysis. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to help implement strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive revenue. Working Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. Occasional Weekend Availability Essential Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing and Social Media

Assist in managing the hotel’s social media accounts by creating and scheduling approved posts, monitoring engagement, and generating creative content ideas. Preparation of monthly social media calendar. Help maintain and update the hotel’s website, ensuring content is accurate and visually appealing. Support email marketing campaigns, drafting and dissemination of e-newsletters, including content preparation, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.

Content Creation and Branding

Create marketing materials such as flyers, social media graphics, and presentation decks while adhering to brand guidelines. Assist with coordinating photo and video shoots to produce high-quality content for promotional use. Ensure all marketing materials reflect a consistent brand image across channels.

Events and Promotions

Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies for hotel events, special offers, and packages. Collaborate with local businesses, influencers, and media outlets to promote events and initiatives. Support the planning and on-site coordination of events when needed.

Market Research and Reporting

Conduct research on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies. Track the performance of marketing campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics to measure effectiveness. Prepare and present reports summarizing key insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Collaboration and Administrative Support

Work closely with the sales, revenue management, and F&B teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Co-ordinate and collate offers from various departments for promotions and publicity. Communicate with external vendors, photographers, and creative agencies to ensure timely delivery of materials. Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as required. Attend and minute weekly sales and marketing call with Montigo leadership team.
