Method Resourcing is a start-up tech recruitment agency based in the heart of Bristol. Since its birth in 2018, Method has firmly established itself as one of the hottest tech recruitment agencies in the Southwest. We're after determined and passionate people who are excited by the opportunity to build a successful career working with some of the biggest names in tech.
Whilst working alongside some of the most reputable recruiters in the UK, we will teach you all the skills you need to confidently understand how to build strong client relationships and to sell opportunities to candidates looking for work.
You will be trained from day one by our devoted Learning & Development team, working your way through a rigorous training program and putting everything into practice on the sales floor each day.
No previous recruitment experience is necessary, but if you do have recruitment experience, that's even better. Ideally though, you will have had at least 6 months experience working in a commercial, office setting.
What we do need is drive, determination, a growth mindset, and of course, passion and hard work, with fun along the way.
