My client is looking for an inquisitive and analytical consultant who thrives in a consultative environment. Our ideal candidate gets energy from diving into their customer’s IT environment and advising them on their IT asset and contract lifecycle (from vendor selection and onboarding to data governance and reporting for effective decision making). About: My client guides organizations through the spectrum of complexities within the whole ecosystem of software investments, cloud spend, and vendor management. They create clarity and transparency throughout the organizational ecosystem to establish the best decision-making position, to support and enhance daily business practices. Together with the team, you will work on: A variety of (international) client projects aiming to become an expert in the field of SAM, cloud spend governance, and vendor management. Ensure the client has control over their complete software landscape by keeping them up to date with evolving trends and new commercial models. Actively support in identifying and executing various cost optimization initiatives. Advising the client on various decisions related to new or ongoing software investments. Collect and analyze data regarding our client’s IT environment. Think out-of-the-box and make sure you thoroughly understand your client’s organization and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and enforce best practices. Who are you: Master’s degree in information technology, data analytics, business management, or a related field. Flexible and have an entrepreneurial mindset. Experience as an IT consultant is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and can collaborate well with colleagues and clients. Work very well independently but also value sharing your knowledge with the team. Eager to learn and develop new skills. Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
