Overview
We are seeking an organized and motivated Manager to oversee our Sandwich Production Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely while adhering to all quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, understanding of food production processes and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Responsibilities
Manage daily production across the team to ensure orders are fulfilled while maintaining quality standards.
Supervise and train production staff, encouraging a motivated working environment.
Monitor compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP protocols.
Conduct regular inspections of production processes and equipment to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Maintain accurate record keeping.
Skills
Experience in food production environments, with a thorough understanding of industry practices.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices, including HACCP certification.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate teams and coordinate with various departments.
