We are searching for a Business Analyst who will play a pivotal role in implementing a new MRP tool and optimising our client's SAP Business One system. This position focuses on improving manufacturing processes and ensuring alignment between business needs in China and the global head office. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders from the head office and the China team to gather and document business requirements. Conduct process mapping to identify gaps and streamline workflows in manufacturing and accounting. Plan and facilitate workshops to engage stakeholders and ensure buy-in for the MRP tool. Support the IT Director in developing a comprehensive project plan for the implementation. Work closely with the project team to align the new MRP system with SAP B1. Lead the enhancement of the China Chart of Accounts, ensuring compliance with local and global requirements. Oversee the reconfiguration of SAP B1 to optimise system performance and meet business objectives.
