We have an excellent opportunity for a SAP Basis Consultant to join our expanding SAP team.

About the role: We are seeking a certified SAP Basis consultant to support our growing client base. Please note that Support Revolution provides third-party support, so our customers cannot raise cases with SAP. We therefore require a highly skilled consultant who is confident in working without being able to raise cases with SAP.

This is a flexible role in terms of location within the UK. It can be fully remote, based part-time or full-time in our offices in Thatcham, Berkshire.

What you’ll be doing: No day is the same at Support Revolution, but you will find yourself getting involved in:

Perform installation, configuration, and administration of SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, etc.)

Manage SAP system upgrades, patches, and migrations

Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting

Prepare and maintain documentation for SAP systems, including architecture, processes, and troubleshooting guides

Resolve customer incidents & problems

Work on customer projects and change requests

Assist with onboarding customers and in pre-sales process

What we’re looking for: To be successful in this position, we are looking for the following:

SAP Basis certification

10+ years of related professional experience working across a range of implementations, upgrades and migration projects

Very strong experience in supporting SAP Java and ABAP-based systems, including SAP S/4 Hana on-premise, SAP ECC, SAP PI/PO, SAP Portal etc

Experienced in supporting SAP systems based on Hana, MSSQL, Oracle & ASE databases

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Interview process: The interview process for this role will involve the following:

A 30-minute screening call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team

A 60-minute hiring manager technical interview

A 30-minute interview with members of our team and HR
