What You'll Be Doing
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements. Design, document, and implement business solutions that align with strategic goals. Translate business needs into functional specifications in collaboration with technical teams. Oversee the entire solution delivery process, from conception to post-deployment, ensuring timely and efficient outcomes. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide ongoing support after launch.
What You'll Bring
Strong customer focus and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, pragmatic, and an analytical problem solver. Strengths in business analysis and solution design. Background in IT, software development, and system implementation is beneficial but not essential. Experience with software delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), project management tools, and techniques is a plus.
