SAP Consultant – HR Payroll Project Experience Salary:

Requirements: We are looking for a talented SAP Consultant with at least 5 years of proven experience in delivering complex projects specifically in the HR Payroll domain. You should be proficient in SAP Payroll configuration, including wage types, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCR), and Schemes. A good working knowledge of SAP Time and Attendance, including time evaluation, is also essential.

Your responsibilities are: In this role, you will work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting. You will act as a liaison between functional experts, other HRIS experts, and external stakeholders. Understanding and analyzing detailed business requirements while considering the implications of existing payroll configurations will be key. You will decide on the most appropriate technical SAP solution and deliver it effectively. Additionally, you will develop suitable test scripts to support successful implementation and assess the impact of SAP updates and change packages, ensuring that required configurations are updated accordingly. You will assist in configuring and developing various Payroll projects, such as the Payroll Control Centre (PCC), applying your payroll expertise to ensure successful implementation. Furthermore, you will support run-mode queries and changes related to Payroll and Time and Attendance.

Lorien - More about us and the role: This is an onsite position based in Broughton, with an initial requirement of 5 days a week, transitioning to the option of working from home 2 days a week once settled into the role. The expected start date is ASAP, with the project ending on 31/12/2025. The role falls inside IR35, and the pay rate is £86.00 per hour based on a 7-hour day.
