Are you an experienced SAP Consultant with a passion for Payroll (PY) and Time Management (TM) configuration?
We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Consultant to join our dynamic Reward Operations (RO) team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our SAP Payroll and Time Management systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in building a new SAP payroll in an established SAP ECC system, following business requirements, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of SAP HR systems.
Assess and address the impact of SAP updates and change packages, ensuring configuration updates are executed appropriately.
Contribute to Payroll Control Centre (PCC) configuration and implementation, as well as other payroll-related projects.
Key Skills & Experience:
5+ years of proven experience in delivering complex SAP HR projects, with specific expertise in the HR Payroll domain.
Proficiency in SAP Payroll configuration (wage types, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCR), and Schemes).
Strong working knowledge of SAP Time and Attendance, including time evaluation.
