We are looking for a SAP S/4 HANA Consultant to join the successful team. Your new role – challenging and future-oriented: You will be part of our ongoing SAP S/4 HANA implementation project to rollout our existing template to new countries. You collaborate with cross-functional teams (especially financial performance management, Accounting) to gather and analyze business requirements and to translate them into SAP S/4HANA solutions. You provide expertise in SAP Controlling (CO) to other external and internal consultants and to your business counterparts in the global Headquarters and in the countries. You configure and customize SAP Controlling (CO) and Project Systems (PS) modules to meet demanded requirements. Work closely with stakeholders (Global and regional process owners) to ensure smooth implementation, operation, finance and reporting process harmonization, and user satisfaction. You align future reporting architectures with our Landscape Architect and our BI Consultant. You provide ongoing support to the key user community. Your qualifications – solid and appropriate: You have successfully completed your studies in business informatics, business engineering, business administration, or engineering sciences, or have a comparable qualification. You have substantial professional experience as an SAP ERP consultant in the modules CO and PS. Ideally, you have proven experience during an S/4 transformation project. You have experience working directly with business counterparts in the Controlling departments. You have substantial experience in the implementation of IT projects and change requests. Hands-on mentality with the ability and willingness to work as part of a team; you can analyze complex issues and present them clearly and comprehensibly. You enjoy shaping and implementing change, characterized by a high degree of personal responsibility, goal orientation, conflict resolution skills, and a willingness to take responsibility. You communicate actively in an international environment and are characterized by cross-divisional thinking in value streams.
