Unlock Your Potential as an SAP Coordinator, an ideal position for anyone who has used SAP to perform data entry. Our Client has a requirement for a SAP Coordinator, who will be required to work on a 6-12 months’ contract basis in Kingston-Upon-Thames. Role Purpose: Provide essential SAP support to various projects and departments. Create and update Requisitions, Work Orders, Delivery Orders, and Service Entries within the SAP system. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate processing of data. Job Role Responsibilities: Collaborate with team members to deliver SAP support across different departments. Input and update requisitions, work orders, delivery orders, and service entries in SAP accurately. Handle technical data with a keen attention to detail. Communicate effectively through email, ensuring clear and concise correspondence. Learn and adapt to the SAP system as part of your professional development. Experience / Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications: Good level of IT savviness; experience with SAP is advantageous but not required. Previous experience with Microsoft Access is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to SAP system processes. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication skills, particularly in written correspondence. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Oil & Gas experience is not required for this position. Benefits: Opportunity for contract extension based on performance.
