We are seeking an experienced SAP Environment Health & Safety (EHS) Management Consultant to join our team on a contractor basis. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing SAP EHS solutions to help clients enhance workplace safety, ensure compliance with environmental regulations, and manage health and safety risks. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design solutions that align with organizational objectives and regulatory standards. As the primary SAP EHS expert, you will leverage your expertise to guide clients through their EHS journey, offering valuable insights and practical solutions to improve health, safety, and environmental management processes. Key Responsibilities:

SAP EHS Solution Implementation:

Lead the implementation of SAP EHS solutions, including incident management, risk assessment, health and safety audits, environmental compliance, and waste management. Compliance & Safety Standards:

Ensure that SAP EHS solutions meet industry-specific regulatory requirements and safety standards. Align processes with organizational goals for health, safety, and environmental performance. Process Design & Optimization:

Analyse current EHS processes and design SAP-based solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Recommend best practices for risk management, incident handling, and regulatory reporting. Incident & Risk Management:

Provide expertise in managing incidents, tracking corrective actions, and implementing risk assessment tools to mitigate workplace hazards. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams (e.g., safety, operations, HR) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of SAP EHS solutions. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure user adoption. System Configuration & Customization:

Customize and configure the SAP EHS module to meet client-specific requirements, including integration with other SAP modules such as SAP MM, PM, and HCM. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Implement monitoring tools and dashboards to track safety performance, compliance metrics, and environmental impacts. Provide data-driven insights to improve EHS processes. Training & Support:

Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure smooth operations of the SAP EHS system. Offer guidance on best practices for maintaining regulatory compliance and workplace safety.
