Job Description
Oversee the management and optimisation of SAP ERP systems across the organisation.
Collaborate with different departments to understand their system needs and implement effective solutions.
Enhance business processes through the efficient use of technology.
Manage a small team of 2 analysts.
Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
Lead system upgrades and new system implementations.
Provide training and support to staff on system usage.
Liaise with vendors and manage relationships.
The Successful Applicant
A successful SAP ERP Systems Manager should have:
Expert knowledge of SAP ERP systems preferably FI/CO and/or SD/MM.
Understanding of the manufacturing industry.
Excellent leadership skills.
Demonstrable experience of managing systems implementations.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication skills.
