Our International FMCG client is expanding their SAP CoE Team and seeking a SAP Logistics Specialist in MM, WM, EWM, and DSD modules.
Overview We are searching for a highly skilled SAP Logistics (MM, WM, EWM, and DSD) specialist to lead our warehouse and direct store delivery operations within the SAP landscape. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Material Management, Warehouse Management (WM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) functionalities. This role will involve overseeing the other team's operations in specified areas, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement and collaboration within the SAP Centre of Excellence.
Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide top-quality SAP Logistics solutions in the areas of MM, WM, EWM, and DSD. Provide expert support and guidance to business departments in identifying optimisation potentials. Develop concepts for the optimal mapping of business processes in the SAP Production-Logistics area. Create technical designs for the implemented solutions. Prepare functional specifications for the implementation of requirements. Independently implement solutions or hand them over to the development team for execution. Ensure the successful rollout and implementation of solutions, overseeing the deployment process and addressing any challenges that may arise during the transition. Provide 3rd level support for production incident resolution. Provide expert guidance and monitor project members and, if necessary, external partners. Assist and advise in the design and implementation of our future S4-HANA system as a Subject Matter Expert.
Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of
8 years
of hands-on experience in SAP MM (Material Management), SAP WM, EWM, and DSD. Proven track record of successful SAP LMD/Advanced TM implementations is a plus. Experience working on SAP S/4HANA migrations is a strong plus. SAP S/4HANA certification in relevant logistics modules is highly preferred. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Skills:
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams. Certifications:
SAP certifications in relevant modules are preferred.
