Job Description: We are looking for an SAP FICO Functional Analyst to join a specialised team of SAP Professionals within our IT department who are responsible for the ongoing support of two SAP systems split across two divisions using a DevSecOps approach to change. What you will do as a SAP FICO Functional Analyst: Deliver projects from design to completion to achieve required business outputs. Co-ordinate and supervise the activities of team members. Take ownership of and solve more complex technical problems and issues within your Global Trade Services specialty. Prioritise work and time to deliver solutions to incidents, problems, change requests, and projects meeting Service Level Agreements. Work with the business to analyse requirements, design, and deliver solutions. Provide support for migration projects as and when required. Understand the business requirements and be able to translate them into solution framework/architecture. Work with business experts and technical resources to facilitate incident & problem resolution. Ensure effective communication with business and project stakeholders. Obtain acceptance for all deliverables from the business. Ensure adherence to internal and external standards for all solutions. What we need from you: In-depth knowledge and experience in SAP FICO (Configuration/Implementation) of FICO modules in SAP HANA. Supporting implementation cycles of HANA upgrade to Realization and Go Live & ELS. Provide expertise in SAP FICO Configuration and support on NEW General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Leading Ledger, Assets Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Profit Center Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing. Strong knowledge of reading and writing LSMW, SQVI, and SQ01 outputs. Must have knowledge of Central Finance, Document Splitting on Leading ledger. Design and write functional specifications. Document functional designs, test cases, and results. Conduct system and regression testing, facilitating and supporting user acceptance testing and training. Must have knowledge of integration with logistics modules including SD, MM, PO, and PR. Must have good understanding and working knowledge of CATS, CADO within SAP PS & SAP HR Module. Good configuration knowledge of PS structure. Work self-directed and independently, will be subject matter expert for SAP End Users. Experience of SAP FICO on SAP HANA system. Good understanding of SAP Finance as a super user including business process and configuration knowledge within SPRO IMG. Be results oriented. It would be nice if you had: Experience working in Aerospace & Defence or similar industry. Capacity to perform multiple tasks and deal with different expectations and undertakings simultaneously in a different SAP HANA system.
