SAP Finance Solutions Lead . The role As a
SAP Finance Solutions Lead , you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Joining our Corporate Services division, you will play a critical role in the SAP Service and Programme organisation, holding responsibilities for the design, configuration, analysis, and support of the SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FI-CO) and Project Systems (PS) modules, including the related integrations and user interfaces to meet the business needs of a variety of internal business sectors. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with our customers to design, deliver, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance SAP functionality. As the SAP Finance Solutions Lead, you will add value to our organisation through your technical and business process knowledge. Provide specialist level design, configuration, and functional support for the SAP solutions in the FI-CO (including Treasury) modules of ECC6. Ensure all Business Processes, Functional specifications, technical specifications, Test scripts and Training documentation are created and up to date. Ensure the integrity of the SAP FI-CO configuration in the SAP systems across multiple landscapes. Participate in release upgrade or new functionality and enhancement assessments and make recommendations for improvements. Support teams in performing break/fix analysis and recommend solutions for incidents in Finance and Contract Management. This role provides excellent work-life balance and is full time, 37.5 hours per week, and can be delivered from home in any South of England location; however, it requires regular travel to Portsmouth on a bi-weekly to monthly basis. Essential experience of the SAP Finance Solutions Lead You will be an expert in SAP FI-CO and have excellent knowledge of SAP PS Modules, demonstrating significant experience in hands-on configuration and support of both solutions. Excellent understanding of business processes and integrations within SAP and Finance related solutions required to deliver the service. Significant integration experience within Logistics, Project Systems, Timesheets, HR, Plant maintenance, Production Planning and Procurement and Supply Chain. Qualifications for the SAP Finance Solutions Lead Ideally, you will be degree level qualified within finance; however, we value difference and don’t have a fixed idea when it comes to background or education, provided you can show the required level of experience. Security Clearance The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
