SAP SuccessFactors Architect

An exciting new SAP HR / SuccessFactors Architect position has arisen for a great end-user organisation based in the UK.

As the SAP SuccessFactors Architect, you will be accountable for defining and driving the overall architecture for HR technology across the business, including being involved in major change and transformation initiatives globally, with a core focus on SuccessFactors along with other integrated HR technologies.

This is a great opportunity for someone to gain exposure at a group level, with the chance to play a pivotal role in major HR technology change.

UK Remote - Candidates must be eligible for Security Clearance. * Ad-hoc travel, predominantly home working.

* In-depth background in SAP HR/SuccessFactors? * Strong architecture design and leadership skills? * Exposure to one or more of: Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, Succession, Talent etc.? * Excellent stakeholder engagement/relationship management skills?
