SAP HR/Payroll Consultant
+ Initial 4-6 week contract + £500 to £540 per day + Fully remote Key Skills: + SAP HR/Payroll + SAP SuccessFactors SAP HR Payroll and SuccessFactors Consultant Responsibilities: Analyze Business Requirements: Understand and map client’s HR and payroll processes to SAP SuccessFactors functionalities. Configuration and Implementation: Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Payroll, and other relevant modules. User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support and guidance. System Testing and Troubleshooting: Participate in system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of defects. Project Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including functional requirements/specifications, system configurations, and user guides. Stakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the system aligns with organizational goals and objectives. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in SAP Payroll/HR industry. Experience with at least two full life cycle implementations of SAP HR/Payroll, preferably in the public sector and local government industry. Technical Skills: Advanced configuration skills for SAP HR/Payroll and SuccessFactors. Proficiency in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other HR systems.
