Integration Programme Manager Uxbridge, UK (2-3 Days Onsite/Week) Permanent We are looking for a Technical Director, Program Delivery, to oversee the successful delivery of technical products and services to one of our core clients. The ideal candidate would have 16+ years of experience managing IT program delivery for large FMCG or Food & Beverages companies, with experience in large scale SAP transformations to S/4HANA. Experience of complex landscapes with multiple skills (if not all) of the following solutions is a must have: Salesforce, Success Factors, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA,

SAP PI/PO or SAP CPI, SAP BTP Experience in both Solution Delivery (Projects) and Service Delivery (Application Support) is a must have. Familiarity with ITIL processes. Experience in Agile Delivery. We are looking for candidates who come from a strong SAP Implementation or Integration (SAP PI/PO/CPI) background, but have at least 4 years of experience as a delivery manager. Responsibilities include: Working on aligning Project Managers to ensure planning and scheduling of the delivery process, including defining project scope, milestones, and timelines. Managing the budget and resources of the delivery, including aligning Project Managers to allocate tasks to team members and ensuring that the project stays on track. Identifying and managing risks to the delivery, including developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues at the account level. Communicating with senior client stakeholders and internal stakeholders to ensure that everyone is informed about the progress of the delivery and health of the account. Tracking progress on various projects under delivery and adjusting as needed to keep the delivery on track. This includes creating and continuously refining a set of OKRs and KPIs. Providing guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure that they have the skills and support they need to complete their tasks. Creating a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within their teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to senior CxO level client stakeholders. Partnering with the Client Partners in identifying and strategizing growth opportunities in the accounts. Must have excellent status reporting skills including experience in creating weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports.
